Church's Chicken

Hello,
This evening, I purchased a 8 piece chicken for $5.99 and 1 chicken wing for 2.79. I went home and prepared the meal for myself and my spouse. My husband stated that the chicken looked quite dark. We began to eat and noticed that the chicken tasted like it was cooked in old grease. The chicken again, was very, very dark and hard, dry, not crispy. We called the manager and explained this. The mgr sd she changed the grease yesterday and asked that I come back and return the chicken and she will replace the meal. We did not want the meal replaced because she stated the grease was replaced on yesterday. Also, I don't feel up to going back to the Churches location. The order nbr is 1083856. Cashier: Loretta.
