I received a root canal last year at your Hanley Rd. location. The dentist di not get all of the root out and I was in excruciating pain for several days before I could get into the office. When I got there I had to insist on being given something for pain. The initial dentist that performed the root canal denied that there was something wrong. Finally, another dentist in the office discovered that there was some root left and completed the removal of the root. I was then given an appointment to come back to have crowns put on. At that time I was told that I had a zero balance. When I came back to have the crown put on they did not fit and the one that did not fit was used unsuccessfully as a temporary. It was at that time that I was told that I owed $1100. The supervisor over billing was smug and condescending. The explanation given to me was that they didn't bill my dental insurance for the service done in 2020 until January 2021. I refuse to pay Aspen Dental one more dime. I received poor service and I am walking around with a messed up mouth on account of the poor service that I received. There is no crown were the root canal was done and I am now forced to seek another provider to fix this problem. I have not as yet reported this to the Better Business Bureau but be assured I am not paying. Thank You
