Company supposedly sent us a gift card for $300 my wife and I received a prepaid debt card called to see what was on it and there was an option to add money but there was nothing on it.. so this happened back in March they have been escalating this or days now and sore up and down that they sent it and we should get it in two weeks we called again after those two weeks we called and they escalated it again then told us we would get it in 2 -5 business days haven’t received [censored] and I’m tired of this company they lie to me all the time about my grace period in my bill as well I ask one rep what my grace period is and they said I don’t have one then two seconds after talking to that rep I ask the same thing and there like yess I have a 10 business day grace period with no lee charges tired of this company
