Love's Travel Stop

Showers are gross! The toilet and sink both leaked. No bench to put your stuff. Hair all over shower walls. Public hair on toilet. No separation from shower to room, so water just sprayed halfway across the room, getting my stuff wet.

The store is filthy. Drinks area was disgusting looking. Doors open, trash everywhere, cappuccino machine had no grill and was completely full of nastiness.
Heard multiple employees saying they had too much stuff to do and not enough time.
A subway girl said, as she was wiping down the glass with three customers in line, "I don't care if this glass is completely brown.

The Chester's guy stole my Loves points, literally swiped the card in front of me after ringing up my meal, and then told me I could only use my points, not get new points.
