I stopped by the store at 10445 blue ridge blvd kansas city, mo to buy popcorn. The posted sign was labeled $3.50 the register scanned it at $3.85. Initially, the lady said there had been no price changes until after she accompanied me to the item in question. Now she said, "whatever it scans is the correct price" & that she was the manager & couldn't do anything about it. I asked for a refund because this happens too frequently at family dollar stores. It's unfortunate your staff could care less about customers or customer service.
Desired outcome: HAVE MARKED PRICES & SCANNED ITEMS MATCH
