Store #5931. Order Id #AAA2PKEQAED3. TIME 6:41 pm. There were 5 cars in the drive through line, so I decided to go inside and order to go. It was 28 minutes before I got my order. There were 5 guests eating inside. The entire store was trashed. Dirty dishes were on tables, trash was everywhere I looked and I wasn't trying to find fault. The plexiglass cash register divider was so gross that I stepped away from the counter to order. I mean it was nasty! I should have taken a photo of just how nasty! I counted 7 employees on the shift. There may have been more in the back. They were yelling at each other and over each other. Some of the drive through customers were complaining about a 30 minute wait in the line. Once I got my food and left, I was running late because of the delay, so I ate some of it in the car. My food was not hot and the breadsticks were limp. Waiting for food that comes out hot is acceptable, but this entire experience was just horrible. One guy up front was working his butt off. Everybody else was running around like chickens with their heads cut off. The drink station was trashed. I picked up the debris from the counter because I felt bad for that worker guy. I hope somebody addresses this problem.
