This motel should be shut down there are people partying here that shouldn't be and the rooms are dirty. No one has come to our door to clean or offer fresh towels. The curtains are hanging down the locks on the door are broken, the handles on furniture are hanging off water coming out in the shower is dirty and has dark flecks of something. We are not getting any cable channels or movies, the room hasn't been swept, lightbulbs are out, holes in the walls, the phone doesn't work, there is nowhere to hang our clothes, let alone and kind of drying rack that was advertised. We have no ironing board no hair dryer, no coffee maker. I have pictures that you should be embarrassed to let anyone see that this is how you run your hotels. No one deserves this.
Desired outcome: I should have my money returned. This is not how I would think your hotels should look or offer service.
