Dollar Tree - poor customer service

On 07/01 or 07/02/19, I visited this store and was able to use my EBT card by manually inputting my 16-digit # and pin however, when I visited the store again on 07/09, I asked Manager Robbie would he allow me to manually input my information and he said no, with no explanation. I asked him if he was sure and he said no again & would not make any attempts to complete the transaction. Unfortunately, I was not able to purchase the items that I had in hand so I returned those items back to the shelves & only purchased the two items that were non-food & that could be paid with cash. I then left the store & went to a competitor store to make my purchase. I visited this store again on 07/26/19 & made another purchase thru a different associate who did allow me to manually input my 16-digit # and pin (authorization trace #000308/043427). Would you please make sure that Manager Robbie is made aware that EBT information can be manually accepted.
