When I ordered my food, they had no veggies, I had to wait for them to go get chicken and cut it up and the cheese container was empty and had to be switched. I waited an extremely long time for them to actual cook and prepare my food. I contacted the manager, which was the GM (Blake), and explained to him what happened. He was nasty, rude, arrogant arguing with me on the phone and just blew me off and could have cared less about my experience. He continued to cut me off and interrupting when I would try to speak. My experience and encounter was worse with this GM manager (Blake) then with the horrible experience I had at the restaurant.
This GM manager (Blake) is a poor and disgraceful example of a manager and his representation of this company was horrific.
