I have ordered the same pizza from Pizza Ranch every time. Large sausage, green pepper and garlic sauce. I pay extra for extra sausage and green peppers. I have NEVER gotten the Extra but pay for it. I have called and get a smart mouth young male. He told me after 2 times that the next time I come order there will be a $7.00 credit. Nothing! So I ordered one more time, got the same crap. My husband counted TWO (2) strips of peppers and 3 sausages on almost every slice. That is NOT the extra I ordered and paid for. The so called manager "CLAIMS" he saw the pizza go out and there was extra. He never once apologized or even tried to make concessions. I told him to send me a survey so I could post it, well, AGAIN, like the extra - NOTHING. Poor example to set for Pizza Ranch of Hibbing, MN, and also for other managers!
Desired outcome: I would like some sort of compensation
