Dollar Tree

I work for a Dollar Tree store (store 8326) In Southgate MI. I work just as hard as everyone there. I just noticed that I'm getting two day shifts totaling no more than 10 hours while other people that just started are working 15-28 hours. I don't know how scheduling goes but I don't think it's fair. I have a kid and going to work for this hours a week isn't even worth it. I don't know if it's favoritism, or not but it should be consistent with every associate working there. I don't want to quit cause I love working there, but it should be considered that everyone should get equal amount of hours a week. I mean someone is working an 8 hour shift, while I got it off... How is that fair? Why can't they work 4 and let someone else work the other 4... Thats just my understanding and idea. I just wanted to let you someone know.
