I shopped at location 404 W. Genesee Saginaw Michigan on 3/14/21, the Folgers Black Silk coffee 10.3 oz, had a shelf label marked down to $3.00, I bought 2, After I got home, checked the receipt it showed I was charged $4.25 for each, I called the store talked to Paul he said he was asst mgr. He went and checked and said yes it is $3.00, and I gave him my name and told him to tell his mgr. He said yes, I said I only shop there 1's a week so I'll be there about next Sunday for refund. 3/21/21 I shopped at 404 W. Genesee Sag. Mi store again, the cashier lady called Dion to the front to conduct the exchange, I showed him my receipt and told him I talked to Paul about it, and Dion got all bent out of shape talking loud and pretended to call Paul on the phone, he Dion said "Paul didn't know", I don't know if he actually called Paul, and Dion was very angry and saying "no I'm not going to lose my job over this, " he had the receipt in his hand and refused to handle the transaction refund and accused me of going in there and arguing with him. I go in their 1's a wk it's the closest store to where I live and I have spent a lot of money there in the past 4yrs. I hardly ever talk to anyone in there only to ask where something is or a product. I don't want to shop there anymore the bad service experience Dion put me thru was very traumatizing I did not expect to go thru that since it was supposed to be an innocent factual transaction with the receipt. In my opinion Dion asst mgr., has always lacked courteous customer service to some extent and it's not a pleasant thing to be around.
Desired outcome: Dion, Asst Mgr. requires better customer service training for the sake of dealing with customers.
