Dental Works

I had a tooth removed and I could feel everything. Once the service was done I wasn’t prescribed anything but over the counter medication. I paid for my services with cash and I asked for copy of my receipt. They promised to email it and I have not received anything from Dental Works. I believe that there is some fraud going on with this company.

I went to Dental Works Royal Oak, Michigan, and got two crowns on my upper molars. Apparently they did the measurement of the crowns crowns, because they were too big and didn't fit. So, instead of ordering new ones, they worked on the crowns on the lower teeth to make room for the new ones, and I still feel the crowns weird in my mouth.
They thinned my existing crowns so much, that I am afraid they are gonna break. And the funny thing is that they told me I have to replace the old crowns because of a cavity under them.
Please advise.

This company billed my insurance for 2 fillings that I never had done. They are aware of their mistake and each time I call I am lied to. They tell me that they are working on it and someone will call me back. I have never received a call back. They lied for months that they contacted my insurance company but my insurance company has no record of that. They also owe me the money I paid for the 2 fillings but to this day I have not seen a cent. My insurance company wants me to submit a claim for fraud. I just want my money and my insurance reimbursed so I can get the work done somewhere else. I will never go back here and I suggest no one else go either.
