January 1, 2023, after waiting to be seated for 10-15 minutes which was not bad of a wait. Once we were seated, it took a while for the wait staff to come to the table. She did but acted ambivalent towards us. We ordered our food with our drinks. Our drinks came relatively quickly; however, we waited 45 minutes for our food to arrive. It wasn't a complicated order, grill chicken with vegetables and pancakes, eggs, and bacon with coffee. The server in passing said the kitchen was short staffed but no mention of when we might get our order. A manager (I only know this because we've eaten there previously) was continuing to seat people. I noticed a couple who had been seated at least 10 minutes ahead of us still waiting for their order. We decided to leave and after we had our coats on, the server was bringing our food. This isn't the fault of the server; this is on management or mis-management of available resources and not exceeding your staff's capabilities. Don't continue seating people if you don't have the ability to serve them.
