No security deposit returned, no one responding, over 30 days.
I was approved by the office manager, Ally, of your Groveland Manor location, whom I communicated these occurrences back in August that I could vacate the home. Due to a long list of unfortunate circumstances resulting from the actions of residents who lived on the same street, I did not feel safe there anymore. Furthermore, my child's health and mine were also suffering as a result. Without any notification or communication, all the property managers left this site location and were no longer able to be contacted to resolve and proceed with handling the situation.
Not knowing Ally was no longer working for the community, I sent her the documentation needed via email on September 30th. No reply. Tyler's email no longer in service. Reached out for contact info via your leading web site, received an email by a new office person by the name of Julie at Groveland. I wrote to her twice by email and provided no return responses by Julie and this was weeks ago now. I am requesting a full refund of my security deposit 1, 200.00. This is ridiculous, and I hope to have this resolved ASAP, or I will have to seek legal action.
