I got an email for my free Birthday Sandwich, so I went to the shop for lunch at 11:46 AM, 6/28/2023. After giving my order, I presented the coupon on my phone and the order taker stated that I needed 2 more purchases before I could redeem the free sandwich. The coupon expires 7/28/2023 and has a red box that indicates "REDEEM", yet the clerk suggested that I needed to purchase 2 more items before I could redeem my reward that was already there. He said I would need to take it up with the folks on-line. $12.90 later, my sandwich is less than appetizing- someone else's tuna on top the bun of my BLT, lettuce is full of rust, cold bacon, and a cold bun. I paid for this! There were no less than 4 people behind the counter, all I wanted was a fresh lunch and thought I was getting a birthday treat, disappointed.
