Meijer - service of accutane to patient

Every month for the past four months I have needed to get my prescription filled for my acne medicine called Accutane. And every single month I have had poor service getting my medicine. This medicine is on a time limit and every time I have got my medicine almost a week later. Specifically yesterday I went to get my meds for the month and they told me that they did not have the medicine in stock and I could go to the Plainfield Meijer. This really irritates me. I asked in the past what I needed to do to get my meds as quickly as possible because of the time crunch I needed to have it. They have told me several times that I should fill out the the questions on I pledge and then the order will automatically get filled in one day. This last week I filled out the questions on Thursday and the meds were still not filled by Tuesday of the next week! So right now now I am at the Plainfield right pharmacy and they told me the medicine is in the computer but it says that it is already filled and that they cannot fill it. So I had to call my doctor and ask what the problem is. I am hoping to hear back soon trying to understand what to do. This is a complicated mess. I am highly irritated. I could be doing a lot of other things right now instead making calls and asking what to do next when I should have had my meds last Friday because I did my part by answering the questions on ipledge on Thursday. I am annoyed. If I was suppose to or am suppose to do something different or more I definitely will I am just annoyed that I get the Same thing at the pharmacy every month and I get the same problem of it not being filled fast enough every month.

I'm fairly certain this happens with just about all of their medications/refills/faxed prescriptions/doctor office call-in scripts, etc at EVERY Meijer Pharmacy ALWAYS! I spent the ENTIRE DAY today waiting for a prescription that was promised each day for the past 2 weeks- What happens eventually? I receive only one tenth of my script - the pharmacist was rude and very loud and I was so polite and patient - She told me I filled it earlier today HAAAA then she looked in her system and said "well, maybe you didn't fill it today, i don't see it in here as being filled" I told her It's 2 weeks late and I have been here all day because your tech said it was ready and that "yes, we have it in stock now" So tired of Meijers' lies and the way they treat their customers! The pharmacies need to be revamped and the pharmacists need to be replaced (most of them), with pharmacists that actually care and that know what they are doing!

Meijer - service and training of employees

Hello Meijer,
The last thing I wanted to do toady is complain about the Knapp Corner Meijer.
Along with thousands, I am a regular customers that purchases nearly over $2, 000 dollars annually.
Several issues have been reoccurring for many months to over a year now. The attitude of several employees have made it extremely difficult to have a pleasant shopping experience at the Knapp Corner Meijer. The deli employees are pissed off when I ask to clean the slicer, no matter how many please and thank yous' I give them. Some cashiers are not trained well to bag in paper, which I prefer to do myself. They throw items around with no regards to the customer. Again saying please and thank you does not faze them. Shopping is difficult enough for me with disability that I have of surrounding noise then coming across employees that can't stand doing their job.
I understand everyone has a bad day but it's been a recurring nightmare. It gives me the impression that Meijer does not treat their employees well enough. I do hope this can be corrected in the future. Thank you for your time.
