Value City Furniture

I went into the value city on Miller rd. In Flint MI about 3-4 weeks ago to order a dining set, furniture set, and bed set for my move on 7/6/23 I was told everything was in stock but the next available delivery date to my zip code would be 7/11/23 I agreed that that would be fine... So I called yesterday for a confirmation of delivery not them calling me I called them for confirmation they said my things wouldn't be delivered until 7/18/23 and said some of the things I ordered wasn't in stock which was very inconvenient I spent over $7,000 cash to pay for everything I needed and if they didn't have everything in stock I should have been notified now I have to go another week in my new apartment without furniture and a bed and still have to eat dinner on the floor. I'm very angry and I think this establishment is very unprofessional they wasn't even going to tell me my order got pushed back... then the manager offered me a $300 gift card and told me once I get my things delivered on 7/18/23 to call for my gift card.. why I just couldn't come and get it now why do I have to wait for my things to be delivered before you make things right for yall screw up... but it's ok after this I'll never purchase from your establishment ever again very unprofessional and I'm very dissatisfied with how I've been handled

I had a 5 piece bedroom set delivered on August 16th. I was informed that they were missing the legs to the nightstand and the hardware to attach the mirror to the dresser. Over a month later I was informed the hardware was ordered from a 3rd party just 2 days ago. The legs for the nightstand has no date for resolution only that it will be delivered whenever by fed ex. If these items were not available I would not have purchased this set.
