Meijer

On Christmas Eve a little before 5:00 pm (pharmacy closing time that day) my wife went to the DeWitt, Michigan Meijer to pick up scabies cream. The pharmacist informed us that she couldn't release the cream due to the doctor not writing any instructions for patient use. The pharmacist then closed the pharmacy before my wife could look into the issue at all.
Upon getting back to our house we looked at the form the doctor sent to us as well as the pharmacy, and the instructions for patient use were certainly there and very clear.
We are out almost $70 from the doctor consultation and expect Meijer to make this right.
