Me and my wife have been trying for 6 weeks to get our children their on Sunday or Saturday for only the purpose the enjoy the water slide. The water slide can only be used on Saturday and sunday from 1pm to 2pm. These are the only two days out of the week they are scheduled to open up the water slide for any kind of use . However after packing all the kids swim gear and getting finally loaded in the car and then driving 35 minutes to get there, we arr always told there not enough staff to open the water slide.. Today (11/10/2019) was the same way and know my kids don't want to ever go back... As a parent, you hate to disappoint you children over and over especially when it's not your fought.. So I'm hoping that something can be done about this on going problem, I'm not the only parent who have kids and unfortunately they feel the same.
