Red Roof Inn

I have frequented the establishment several times over the past year most recently december 23, 2019. I usually use my debit card and occasionally my credit card never paid with just cash. I never checked my account until recently only to discover none of my $40 deposits were ever refunded to my account. I don't smoke or drink as that could never be an issue for a deposit not being returned and I don't party. Not so much as a noise complaint. I have paid for at least 5 rooms in the past year and never received anything. I called the front desk and was told someone would look into this matter I never received a call about anything no one ever followed up. Please help I just want my money back thank you
