I've been a member at crunch fitness for a while now. I love most of the things that they have to offer.
Except the leg press equipment that has been broken for over the last 3 months... Really this is an all new gym? Crunch fitness!
Management has avoided all requests for progress on the repair or replacement of this machine, and will not answer any question's about it? The one that is broken was a carry over from arbor fit. As a few other useless pieces.
I would appreciate someone with some actual authority to get back with me. After all I pay for this membership and should be able to expect that all equipment is working each time I am in the gym. I don't see them giving me monthly credits for the time that this machine has been down?
I visit this gym everyday and 3 months is far beyond the scope of my patience!
