I have been going to coldstones for well over 15 years and sad to say I do not give them anymore recommendations. In April I ordered 5 ice creams from them online and only 3 was delivered. One was still wrong. I contacted the store and they wanted to give me a credit even for the ones that I did not receive. I declined it and it was told to contact doordash. Once I contacted your dash they told me that it was the store that would refund it and they contacted the store and was telling and I was told that they were going to give me a full refund and never got it. I called doordash back a few days later probably about a week later and was told that they will call them again contact them couldn't get nobody at the store and contacted the complaint line and was told to that a form was completed and I received the email stating that I will receive a email confirmation of the complaint for the refund. I received the email but still hadn't received a refund. We are now into May and I have contacted them myself three times could not get a supervisor and still have not had anyone return a call to me. I have reported them to the BBB and they still haven't heard anything. This was $40 worth of ice cream for my kids and they are refusing or ignoring me and not wanting to get me my refund. I would never utilize them again.
