Miracle-Ear

My husband as been with Miracle - Ear for a few years with no problem, until last Sept. 2022 when he was place with the wrong hearing aid. In Mar. of 2023 they had not correct them. We went to a audio specialist. We travel to miracle ear multiple times to there office (40+ mileage one way). they offered to correct the hearing aid after the facts. Which it was to late for us. Been making a few calls to a N.y. office telling me to send prove from the audio specialist, which I did twice, one being a certified letter no respond. They don't believe in refunds. My husband is 80 yrs old and we are on a fixed income and 6300.+ is hard to pay for 6 months hearing aids that don't work, even from the begging. Before you buy anything from miracle= aid check somewhere else'
