Customer service: This gas station's customer service wanted to charge me for a 16 ounce cup of coffee simply because I had used their machine and push the button for a 12 ounce cup of coffee but I only had a 16 ounce cup and I told the person at the cash register this and they refused to allow me to be charged for a 12 ounce cup of coffee at which time I told him to keep his coffee and I was going to write him up on the Internet
