Sunoco - Thief working in the store

40 year customer of the Sunoco 4836 Kenilworth Ave Edmonston MD 20781. While recovering from treatment from the VA hospital my exercise and hobby was playing keno all day, everyday, same way, same10 numbers, cash replay. I looked down while he was looking up. I notice clearly when he switched it but I never imagine Sunoco had crooks so bold. before I left the store cover. looked at the ticket with numbers I had never seen before. the 2 employees claim they were looking through ticket scattered on the counter and floor stalling while my pain was overwhelming assured me he would find it and I could come back. After preforming the same transaction over 4 times that day with me how could this happen? I told the manager and filed a report giving him the bogus ticket to check the camara and get back to me. The female never came back to work and employee arrived to work in new car couple days after my complaint. No response or explanation of the obvious suspicious swindle! His gambling was so noticeable spending more in a week than he made in a month in the managers face without any question asked or answered about my complaint. Trusting the integrity of the Sunoco to investigate was my mistake. I never knew this could true, I am 100%sure with proof and swore that he did it, only alibi was he did not admit it, Racist response and discriminating customer first protection policies he will easily get away with it, When a group allows a swindling complaint by a customer of grand larceny without taking action to resolve something so serious using Time passed, expensive legal fees, unlawful reaction by victim or forget should not be a acceptable outcome. Grand larceny is serious ticket possiblity value, The behavior of employee accused, The next day quitting and vanishing of a new female employee that gambled while working in training. not to mention new car and early morning off duty gambling that started right after complaint. Unbelievable how he was allowed to act like such a pirate with gangster protection. Make teasing remarks two finger rubbing, loud celebrations directed at me because I constantly complained to the manager about gambling while dealing with customers. It took months and letters to lottery before his stopped He had no explanation for his swindle on me. Threats and intimidation for a 40 year patron and a 67 year decorated disable VET makes it hard for me forget not to mention no response to my complaint after management ignored the obvious. Management responsibly for fair and equal rights of customers never existed. Dishonest is Dishonest! Innocent or guilty? $10,000 $5,000 more or less? Law bidding businesses would welcome a privately administered polygraph test to clear their a employee accused of grand larceny instead of providing a gateway to cover

Desired outcome: ( he lost my ticket in 2mins or less with only 2 employees and me in the store) a polygraph for the accused prove they are innocent or guilty.(guilty)also it provides a deterrent for group not to discriminate in issues of dispute

Sunoco - Thief working in the store

4 of July Old wounded retired Vet walk to Sunoco every day all day same 10 numbers cash and replay. The clerk Joseph and a female hugged. up at the machine he was watching the numbers and I noticed something strange I look down because I was a lot of pain got my ticket headed for door the check my ticket the numbers I had never seen before. In 2 min I ask where is my ticket? He had tickets on the floor and said he would find it. 10 spot same numbers all day.

I told the manager to check the camara this man robbed me. They never told me what happed to my ticket. while Joseph bought a new car and gambled all day and night it was so obvious that he stole it. This has been my nightmare

I have been to other countries that this is a normal practice to take what you want and get away. What he did to me is why they flee. It is the like the Sunoco is country in my city. Rodded, disrespected, threaten and unprotected. I know I won't get any money but they never even address my compliant with a gambling maniac right in there face. Joe made gestures two fingers rubbing together, tease, flexes and even said "you should check your tickets" he has even admitted it. His coworkers are honest a fair all would know the lottery machine king Joe would never loose a ticket in 2min!. Straight Gangster, illegal, obvious, dangerous, act without being questioned. I will stay away from the Sunoco as much as I can. Joseph is so secure committing grand larceny right in your face! I am 67 yr old 40yrs customer retired and gamble comfortably Joe called me is crazy old man

Robbing me then disrespecting and threaten me is reckless and out of control. I would pay for a polygraph test and a give a sincere apology. and $200 if he passed my incident knowing when he recognized then switched tickets on a poor crazy old man. The girl quit and disappeared the next day. How racist for everyone to see me everyday play same numbers same way cash and replay 3 people in the store I could barely walk on july 4 your employee took advantage of me with know help from management.

No support for feedback on big in house crime at Sunoco gas station. A victim has to spend money to get the rat out of your house!

Desired outcome: Employee polygraph, please asked why no one responded on my claim. While he bought new car a gambled early morning hours in the store night after night after I accused him! i am sure he has stolen much more. protect us from
