Ross Dress for Less - Staff

During the annual clearance last year during the 2nd, 9th, and 16 at approximately 9:30 a.m. I saw how during their shift, employees were scanning clearance items and putting them into shopping carts for personal use. Sometimes the employees gave these items to their friends/relatives. On the 23rd they let some people way earlier than others and let them shop first.

Claimed loss: Time, lost chance to buy clothes

Desired outcome: Please, make adjustments for your staff
