Having visited store number 01472, in glen burnie md. I was totally appalled at the lack of customer service as the associates were too busy chatting with one another. The store was filthy and no professionalism was displayed. My thought was to take the customer survey once I got home, however the receipt was hard to read as it needed to be changed. The survey code could not be read. At 67 and having retired from retail, I was so taken aback by the position this store in. How do you fix this?
Desired outcome: Action in the sense, store gets cleaned up and associates be trained.
