Regus - Collections with insufficient notice/usage
I wanted to rent a virtual office from Regus. I never set foot in the office, and one day I receive a collections notice from Tucker, Albin, and Associates saying I owe them $700. One of their representatives claims they have been calling me, which they haven't, I have proof, and asking for that sum.
I am requesting the total stop of these collections.

You signed an agreement with us until 31 Jul 2020 (start date 16 December 2019); this is a business commitment.
Please understand that we cannot break agreements before their official end date.
Ending your contract is a simple process, which you should confirm through your online account (“Account” section). Your termination will be confirmed shortly after by email.
