Giant Food / Giant of Maryland - In correct prices/ customer service

The giants store in district heights Maryland has poor customer service. I shop there because they're close to me but I try to avoid them because of service. On Friday January 12 2024 at 3pm I saw dove soap in the ad for 2/7.00. I had to wait in the customer service desk 15min plus they had to unlock them due to thief. None of the soap came up with the correct sale price. After approximately 30min combined in line and checking she called for the assistant manager. She checked each item in varies way but didn't come up correct. I asked the store manager Mr. Johnson could he adjust the price. He told me he couldn't do and would not adjust price and walked away in a nasty manner
