On multiple visits at the Ross Store on 4710 Cherry Hill Rd, College Park, MD 20740, I noticed the clearance prices in the shoe department aren’t up to date. I shop at many different Ross stores and I’m aware of the current clearance price. I spoke with a manager and she mentioned the store has a staff shortage. Customers are paying full price for clearance items. Please update prices to reflect current discount. Thanks.
Desired outcome: I would like an explanation and apology and have store manager address the situation (hire staff) to have accurate pricing of clearance/reduced items.
