Outback Steakhouse - Under staffed, long wait, food to slaty.

On 6/5/2023 took family of 7 to California, Maryland Outback for dinner. Was advised of a 30-45 minute wait. 1/4 of the tables were "closed", I'm assuming due to staffing issues. After an hour and a half we were asked if we would mind sitting at the "High top" table, the same tables that had been open since we arrived. Ordered our drinks and appetizers along with dinners. Food arrived about 40-45 minutes later. I originally ordered Prime Rib, but they were out, but was offered the prime rib sandwich. It was so salty I couldn't eat it, when asked if everything was ok I said it was to salty to eat. Still charged for the meal and was not offered an alternative, or a new meal. My brother ordered a ribeye, which was covered in pepper and 70% fat. Paid over $300.00 and couldn't enjoy the meal. This is the second time we didn't get what we paid for, I did not complain the first time as it happens, but I will NOT be returning to that particular Outback again.

Desired outcome: Doesn't matter, we will not be returning.
