Giant Food / Giant of Maryland - Problem has not been addressed properly
Hello my name is daveen barnes, complaint#[protected],my contact person is a woman named Jesse, [protected].i fell on the parking lot at the giant wilkens Ave on 5/10/23,i,ve only talked to Jesse twice in that time,she told me that this giant doesn't own that parking lot,and she,s trying to find the landlord, I'm 69,and have been going to that giant for over 30 years.now I could have gotten a atty,but I figured giant would offer me something between $400 to 500 towards my medication/urgent care visit,but nothing, you shouldn't treat your loyal customers that way,and I would appreciate if someone in the corporate office would reach out to this Jesse giant employee please,thank you for Allowing me ti send my story.my email address is [protected]@gmail.com
Desired outcome: $500 for what I went through, I hurt myself, I ached fir days urgent care said I had bruise pain,and they prescribed me medication.
Giant Food / Giant of Maryland - Pharmacy
I refilled prescriptions on Thursday 5/25/23. Today is Sunday still waiting for a text to let me know my prescriptions are ready for pick up . Called the pharmacy this morning at 9:10 am was told by pharmacist that they are 5 days behind and are trying to catch up that hopefully by today or tomorrow... like what in the world this is peoples lives that's you are messing with .
Desired outcome: Want my prescriptions with in a good timely manner
