Baja Fresh

I've only had Baja Fresh at the Johns Hopkins hospital so I can't speak to others however, the service is pretty miserable. When they do have staff behind the desk they are often face into their phone. I tried to place an order at 1105 and was told they didn't open for 15 mins? I came back later at 2pm and they didn't have cheese for quesadilla. Another time they had closed at 430pm! So they open at 11 and close by 430? The place needs serious help. More than half the time I wait for 5 mins for someone to acknowledge I'm there to order
