I went to Saugus, MA in Aspen Dental first time to make new dentures, receptionist no nave general answer I ask her, on first appointment they just deed imprints, and charge me $2000 which is. 60% of total pay. On second appointment I went receptionist accuse me, I'm behind payment. I ask her how I'm behind payment, I try to explain to her, I pay 60% they no touch my teeth in all, not even 10% of work is done, she guaranties me that day will be finish everything and they scared I will finish same day and meet the door and run with no pay, when doctor pull my tooth out and finish the work I ask same lady office manager I think her name is Rachel, for my permanent dentures she told me it is not finished I need 6 months to be finish the job, she treats me like animal, she opens the mouth she lies.
