Went to get my glasses adjusted.. Lady at desk after she asked can I help you. Then just pointed and mumbled something. As I started to sit Donna a man said o we here. I tried to explain to him what needed to be adjusted, it's my opinion i was bothering him. He made the adjusted handed me my glasses
I actually left i should have just went to the competitor where I bought my glasses.
1. Don't point and say over there, 2. More personable staff
