Hi I went to the store 2624 on water st fitchburg massachusetts and the spanish guy that is the manager was very rude I did nothing wrong but say to the other employee that they r remodeling the store they should shut down for a few days bc it's a mess well he overheard bc he was like following me and I went to leave he's yelling have a nice day have a nice day the front doors were open and he's still yelling have a nice day in a very rude tone he was not saying it politely he was just so rude then i'm going to my car he's still yelling it amd a guy outside said he's such an [censored] point blank amd bc that customer heard it he got back in nos car and left he said to me i'll never shop at family dollar again and I spend prob up to $200 or more a week there also the other customer that left amd would not shop there bc how rude he was said he spends a lot a week there as well. Also he was yelling it at the point I almost called the police he's had many problems with customers in the past the date and time was feb 17, 2021 at 2:30 pm
He is the spanish guy amd he's the manager he has got to go before I ever enter another dollar store in my life just saying bc of him u guys r losing a lot of customers he does not belong working with people period also one time I was in the parking lot amd he's outside yelling at a customer that his
Girlfriend was on her way there to kick her [censored] amd watch amd see he kept saying to a paying customer it's unbelievable this guy

Guy is a piece of work. When the incident happened when he was outside yelling about his girlfriend was coming down to kick the other girls [censored] exact words and all the customers and the cars passing by seen this even the police came. Well when I went back to
The store I said to the cashier whom was very nice wow that was crazy about how he was outside of the store yelling his girl
Was on her way she said I know and that he was no longer working there well now there remodeling so I believe they moved him to a different store and they needed his help remodeling the store bc why is he back there he should not be working anywhere from what I’ve seen and I do have witnesses for all of what I have told u thank u I appreciate if u take care of this problem bc u r losing so much buisness not to mention if his family gets to shop for free
