I had a safe deposit box in Chestnut Hill branch1330 Boylston street Chestnut Hill Ma for 20 years .3 years ago the branch was remodeled and my safe deposit box was removed
January 2021 I visited the branch and was informed that I don't have a safe deposit box in this branch.
It is been 2 month and my box was not located.
I never was notified that is was supposed to be vacated, payments were drown automatically and I did not noticed that they were not
Branch manager is not doing his job of locating the box, he does not update me and when I call him I am treated as annoying customer, I need to find my box
