Dear sirs,
I went to the neiman Marcus store in Boston at Copley place to buy my son a winter jacket for college.
I could have gone to the Canada goose store right next to it or to Bloomingdales but I decided to buy it from Neiman Marcus because I have been a client for over 30 years and always got excellent service.
I was attended by a salesman with the name of Daniel DiBenedetto.
Since it was an expensive jacket 1104.59. I decide it to pay it between 2 of my c cards and the rest in cash.
Dan made the first charge of 600 dollars and told me it didn't go trough. I saw the charge on my phone but the Salesman insisted it was not charged.
He made a charge of 300 dollars on my master card and I gave him 200 dollars cash.
The remaining of my bill was supposedly 604, 69.
So he charged me again, this time 604.69.
Since the store did not have the color we wanted the salesman had it shipped in for my son and we went back the next day to pick it up.
Now that I return to panama, I get my bank statement and I see I was charged twice.
This cannot be. I feel lied to and very upset.
Enclosed you will find the receipt and the charges.
Please I expect you to revert the charge as soon as possible and return me my money back. I must say I called but according to the operator Brie, no one could take my call and the salesman was away in Europe and I had to wait for him to get back.
I asked for the manager but he was not available for me. I left my e mail and my number but never heard from anyone
