On 11.27.13 purchased a long sleeve top and hoodie sweatshirt . The hoodie arrived damaged with a hole in the front. I contacted customer service on 12.5.13 and was asked if I wanted a refund or replacement., I want a replacement. I was told it was being sent. On 12.20.13 called again to find out where replacement was. I was told on back order til 1.4.14 called again around the 1.6.14 still no sweatshirt. Called again and was told a supervisor would get back to me. NO response. I called again on 1.18.14 told them I wanted a straight answer CSR said item was still on back order and I should expect to receive my item in 3 weeks. I told her I went on her website and it states item DA1352 is in stock! I also stated I would be filing a complaint with the BBB. She hung up
I then filed a complaint with the BBB. I am disgusted that this company lied about a $40.00 sweatshirt . consumers need to be aware of the horrible customer service
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Worst experience ever. Refused to credit for some VIP membership that they claim was "checked" when I bought a $20 t-shirt. Now I've been unknowingly paying $12.97 per month on my VISA for the last 12 months (= $156) because of some marketing negative option checkbox on the checkout page.
SCAM OPERATION.
