I had applied for cable an home wifi, I was approved I had the service 3 weeks an left the home for a bit while my brother an his wife had a fight. When returning I was told by my sister in-law that she removed the service out of my name an put it in her.
I said noway she did that I place when I open this account that she wasn't allowed to do anything to my account. Name her by name. Because she had already ran a 400 dollar bill up before in her name.
Well I call my company wish I had just paid a hundred an forty something dollar bill with an I be dog if I no longer had an account in my name.
I started throwing a fit. How did this happens when I named her not to be able an touch my account.
Well this is where I am at this point. I pressed charges because they allowed her to change my services which was in my name an on my ss number.
They blamed it off that it was a new girl an they was so sorry an that I could activate my service at anytime.
Well three weeks later I cant even get anyone to even respond long enough. Without hanging up on me.
I still have no internet used all my phone data trying to do my job work off my hotspot. 400. Dollar phone.
Never heard back at all from the fraud department. Proved I lived here on the phone for hrs, can't get what the police need to move the case forward can't get my internet restore while she sits laughing watching tv while stealing my identify products an using a fake name.
I am pissed beyond pissed because I am now lost my job because I could complete my work as normal while at home.
Still everydaybi speak to 3-10 people a day no one has a clue what the hell to do.
