Hello, I am reaching out because I feel something needs to be done in order to fix this location. I was employed at this location since September of 2017 and was recently forced to quit by the GM so he could hire his girlfriend as a PIC after she was fired for being rude to customers at her last job. The acting GM heard I had a job interview at a new company and told me I had to submit my availability before my interview would take place. I told him this was not possible and if he is unwilling to work with me, I have no other options. He then decided to message the new company to let them know what he thought of me as an employee, even though he was only my boss for a few days and I never worked a shift with him. He was not asked for any input from the new company. He has also been known to yell at customers, more specifically told customers to "get out of his [censored]ing store." No one at this location has any corporate training and he is not food/safety certified. He behaved in a completely unprofessional and disrespectful way and is not someone who should be representing the Jimmy John's brand, especially as a General Manger of store #3501.
Desired outcome: I would like for correctional actions be put into place to ensure this no longer happens to any of the other employees in the future.
