Hyatt

I checked in on may 2 and checked out on may 9,2022. I complained on monday night. I thought it would be fixed on tuesday may 3. I got back tuesday night after a tour of city on big red bus. I called down and talked to cary and she told me they had trouble with that building. My wife did not want to move and I dump buckets of ice in tub all week. Cary night manager offered free buffet breakfast for rest of week. Engineering could not fix the problem. I will never stay again at the hyatt rengency at 601 loyola ave. They cannot fix maintenance problems.
