Over the last several months out cable tv will begin to freeze, look digitized, sound stops and program skips forward. We cannot watch a single 30 minute show without interruption. Have call Suddenlink to report and it only tells me to check Suddenlink site for frequently asked questions. Ridiculous that I pay $150/ month and cannot reach the provider.

Hi,
I am a current customer for Suddenlink. I called on 1/11/20 at 4:19PM and spoke to Sully for 22 minutes. I told him I had a problem with my Wifi connection not working on my phone and laptop. He told me that there were abnormal connection, it was going in and out. I asked him if someone invade my internet and causing problem.
I told him all the green lights are online and I was connected to the internet on my phone, but pages weren't loading. Also, I wasn't connected to the internet on my laptop. He told me there were outage, but I checked and there wasn't any for my area. Then he retracted his word (all on a recorded line).
He rebooted my modem and I still had the same issue with my Wifi. He said it was online on his side. I connected my laptop to the modem through ethernet cord and it worked.
Then I told him that my Wifi isn't working. He couldn't figure out the problem. I asked to speak to his supervisor. He kept telling me he couldn't hear me, but there wasn't any poor phone connection because I could hear him clearly. He kept not being helpful at all. Therefore, I hung up the phone after telling him I writing a compliant for his services.
I excepted better customer service from this company, but this isn't the case. Customer service define a company as well as other parts. Therefore, people will find other company to provide internet service for them because of their experience. Please contact me as soon as possible. Thank you.
