I mailed a package by priority mail, 2-day delivery, on Dec. 14, 2020.
Yet the receipt stated delivery by Dec. 17, 2020 (3 days)
But the package was not delivered until Dec. 20, 2020 (6 days).
Why charge for 2-day delivery when you know you can't hold that promise?
For Service that I paid dearly for, not to mention that your rates are outrageous to begin with. But I thought maybe, just maybe, this time it would be delivered in the 2 days that I paid for. but that was not to be.

If Covid-19 is interfering with your deliveries, why charge for service you know you can't provide? Your rates need to be adjusted until Covid is no longer in existence.
So I would consider a refund of at least half of my $21.10 that I paid for to be a reasonable adjustment for the service that I never received.
