Burger King - Missing sandwich Leesville LA

I didnt get my Whopper. Called the store and they said I would have to come in and pick it up. I ordered through door dash because I am sick so now I have 3 days to go get it. I wont deal with Burger King again. Ordered chicken nuggets, Whopper, onion rings and chocolate shake.

Also, their drive thru is always so slow. 20 min or so just to order on a slow day.

Desired outcome: I would like a response please. Thanks
