I visited the racetrack at 2331 South range avenue on 4/18/2021 it was 15 minutes before 2:00 a.m. they said it was cash only, but the ATM at that location was not working after that other employees saw me but completely ignored me and other customers had cash but were completely ignored another customer waiting with me said she just came from Florida boulevard and had the exact same problem of being completely ignored this is a very big problem and it is ongoing.
To add a note the girl at the location I speak of with the braided hair answered my questions but then ignored me afterwards so I'm not sure what was going on.
Desired outcome: Fix the problem of customers being completely ignored

I just left store number 296. My cashier was not friendly at all. Also, she was so worried about what was going on outside that she gave me the wrong change. When I informed her that my change was short she rolled her eyes and it seemed as though it was a bother for her to open her register and count out my correct change. The service at this location has really gone downhill.
RaceTrac - ice cream station and customer service
Last time I came here one of your employees had dark blue hair and she was extremely rude to me and my husband. We usually come in late at night for ice cream. We know that it only takes roughly 5 min for the ice cream machines to be turned on and ready to serve. This is because most of your employees will just turn them on for us... not at that store. While we were waiting for the machines to get ready your rude employee looked at us and told us we needed to just leave because we had been there to long or something. Then tonight we went for ice cream and they refused to turn on the machines so we left and went to the one that was much farther because we knew they would accommodate what we wanted. But guess what they refused us to... so guess who took their late night business to mcdonalds? That's right we don't want your 8 dollar ice cream anyways... thanks for making run all over hell and back. I'll remember y'all don't want my late night business from now on. Y'all just lost out on 10+ bucks every night. This is totally inconvenient for us. Is it really that hard to push the button and turn it on? Sincerely yours Shay
