I took my family in for our first time on 7/19/19 at 7:15. We spent 33.06 for a part of 4. I must say it was the most disappointing experience that I have ever had at a restaurant. I understand the waitresses are busy but our burgers barely had toppings and we had to wait 30 mins for two shakes therefore our sons didn't have a drink with their food. Not to mention we did not get offered a refill. We asked for and didn't even get those upon request. It was very poor service. We also had shake under our table and by register. When I complained to the short haired lady at the register (Emily) she was very rude by saying that it wasn't their fault they were holding on shakes. Which we should have been told at first or offered a coke. My autistic son was very upset. Afterwords I actually got to speak to Brian the manager on the phone and he stated he may have I quote (May have) a certificate for us when we come back but he didn't ask for our name so I was wondering how would that work? I sent a message to facebooks Steak ‘n Shake and they told me to contact you so that they could resolve the issue.
I do have the receipt and ps no napkins on request either!
