Taco Bell

Order 034683 at 9/21/19 5:40pm-
Store had food on floor and counter in kitchen area was not wiped down. Only one employee cooking and one employee at check out.
the shell on Crunch were dried out on edges and when tried to eat, the center came out in one hard bite. Threw away center shell as could not eat -too hard. Not enough meat or cheese. Overall bad experience. Person should be taught how to make taco products.

As for employee in front, if no customer at least use broom to move debris out of customer view. Wipe prep counter off.
I will not be visiting this new store again. Prefer Dixie Hwy in Louisville.
