I'm writing to complain about a waitress at your Hillview, Ky store located at 11806 Standiford Plaza. Yesterday, 05-23-2023 I place an online order from my work computer as I have done in the past. I went to pick up my lunch and the waitress behind the counter asked me if I had an order number, of course I didn't, being I didn't use my phone. I told her I do not have that, but I have my driver license and the credit card I used to place the order. There was only 1 order sitting there waiting for pick-up so it's not like she had to go through many orders to confirm which order was mine. She would not hear of doing that. Then from the parking lot I phoned the store to see if this can be resolved with someone else, but the same waitress answered the phone, so there was no hope of resolution. I asked her to simply cancel the order, but I confused her by this request. About 15 minutes after that conversation, I received an email stating "Thank you for your purchase. You now have 56 Points" There is no way I will ever go back to that store again with after being insulted and disrespected not to mention my lost lunch period for that day. I will make it a point to let all my friends, clients and colleagues to know of my experience at this store.
Desired outcome: I want my credit card reimbursed the charge for a lunch I never received.
